The Wonders of Mirage

Feast your eyes on one of the most breathtaking world that the spiral has to offer, Mirage. Though it is the second to last world that you will face, it is definitely one that is worth questing up to. Mirage is a diamond in the rough when it comes to a first glance perspective. The beauty of Mirage is in its simplicity and vibrant colors that allow the Wizards to be immersed within the storyline. Mirage may start off as a barren land with no sign of inhabitants, but as you begin to quest within the areas you start to notice that your presence will eventually brings life into the background.

Mirage can be seen as the land of unforetold adventure and hidden treasures that awards those who dare to tread the land. In my opinion, Mirage has many wonderful areas such as Aggrobah and cinematic cutscenes that immerses you in their world.

Questing

When it comes to questing, Mirage has a multitude of quests that keep Wizards on their toes from Defeat and Collect, several Mobs fights, and even plenty of infamous cheating bosses. Though the enemies seem to have lower health compared to previous worlds, there is a noticeable increase within the Mobs critical block. Don’t be deceived by the appearance because these mobs can pack a punch if you’re not prepared.

Mirage includes many of the iconic fight sequences against the Scorpion, Grandfather Spider, and introduces the Sands of Time. Though it seems like a small feat, the Sands of Time is the ultimate goal for Grandfather Spider to reverse the entire sequence and bring life back to the beginning. Mirage brings new farming areas and mobs that give Wizards a chance to stock up on critical jewels and seeds like Couch Potatoes. Overall there’s so much Mirage has to offer, but here is a glimpse of what you will expect when the time comes.

The Scorpion

Eerkala

Grandfather Spider

Noteable NPC

Ozzy

“Ozymandias, King of Kings”

Ozzy is one of my favorite NPC because he’s basically a flying skeleton head that becomes one of your companions during your journey through Mirage. He not only gives a helpful 5% pierce boost to your stats, but also has an extemely radiant personality.

Ozzy is first encountered within the crypts of Akali Burrow seen as a mere skeleton, but once you approach him he becomes alive, no pun intended. Ozzy is a great companion that you’ll definitely remember even after passing through Mirage.

Crowns Cost

For those who don’t have membership Mirage has around nine areas that need to be purchased to enter. Each of these areas are essential to completing the world. If purchasing membership can be a hassle, then buying select worlds can be a great option for you. In order to unlock the entire Mirage world it will cost around 11,970 crowns. Now that may seems to be a lot of crowns, but it’s a great investment for the long run if you plan to farm or visit the world on a daily basis. Don’t let the cost fool you because you can purchase separate areas as well.
